I'm truly surprised on how good this phone looks. It was a few barely noticeable marks on the side and that's it. It's a borderline Grade A phone. It came with everything that was promised, was delivered fast, and was cheaper than most of the other listings. Great gift, and I might buy my next phone from these guys in the future.

Not "exactly" as advertised, came with 20W Apple charger/cable instead of 25W Samsung fast-charger, but the rest is exactly as advertised. The phone/package could've had better protection than just carboard, and it took a few days to reach the post office, but once it did, Canada Post took good care of it. Now, what matters : Phone looks excellent and scratches are indeed incredibly minimal (it took me a few days to even notice them!). Overall, very happy to have saved a ton for few differences!

Listing didn't state that it would come with a 25W fast charger. Samsung doesn't even include those with S21 ultra brand new and makes you buy them separately. The more common standard samsung travel adapter (model#EP-TA20JBEUGUS) is actually 15W, so you should be grateful that you got an authentic 20W wall adapter!
